This event aims to:

EVENT NIGHT BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES
Please ensure consistent messaging to all patients:
- Any package scheduled on event night requires a $500 deposit (there are a few packages that are very expensive, should this deposit be for anything over a certain amount?) Thoughts?
- Deposits are required to secure promotional pricing

Laser Hair Special
- Any patient who books a laser hair package on event night will receive a FREE small area package
(cheeks, chin, upper lip, neck, or underarms – valued at $500–$600)

All staff members should:
- Talk about the event with every patient
- Reinforce RSVP importance
- Be familiar with the services and promotions
- Direct questions to the MedSpa team or leadership if unsure
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment during the event
Front desk and clinical teams will receive additional guidance. We will need PSR volunteers (2-3). Please let us know if you would like to work this event!)
